Tasting Notes
Our unique flavor for our 2017 Cabernet comes from a special fermentation process using concrete Nomblot tanks. We ferment our Cabernet in both concrete, and stainless steel. The finishing process is blending these two styles together creating a textured full-bodied wine. The bouquet is dense with aromas of leather, cigar box, and black currant. The palate offers notes of cassis, sweet tobacco, and warming spices. The tannins give this wine a long lasting, smooth finish.
